Sometimes there is a fire that runs through the blood of a man, and the nearest explanation we humans have for it is 'adventure'...But it runs much deeper than simple words. It drives some to the very limits of possibility, at work, at home, and especially at play. I am addicted to adventure, whether on the diving platform, in a deep slot canyon, on a snow-capped peak, in a physics laboratory, or in my kitchen at home with my wife. Adventure is who I am. We went to Pt. Reyes National Seashore with Sierra's fam over the holiday. It was amazingly rainy and beautiful. Eli was a huge trooper the whole way, despite the look on his face in this picture. It was a beautiful trip.
