Sometimes there is a fire that runs through the blood of a man, and the nearest explanation we humans have for it is 'adventure'...But it runs much deeper than simple words. It drives some to the very limits of possibility, at work, at home, and especially at play. I am addicted to adventure, whether on the diving platform, in a deep slot canyon, on a snow-capped peak, in a physics laboratory, or in my kitchen at home with my wife. Adventure is who I am. Tomorrow I hope to get down to Zion and do Imlay Canyon, the canyon of all canyons, this very Saturday...Unfortunately, the weather forcast is pretty dismal looking, and any chance of rain would shut me down. I've done Imlay only once before, 2 years ago with Dan Myers. I have since done quite a few canyons, leading all but one of them, and I feel ready to take two of my friends through this adventure. I'll post a pic of our trip when its over.
